I came to counselling quite late in my life, having worked in retail and admin and finding neither satisfying. It took the all too common life changing experience to make me realise that I wanted more meaning in my life. And so I took the big and scary step of re-training. I first took a Psychology degree before starting my training in Counselling and Pyschotherapy. I have never regretted this for one second.
